A few years back, my family and I visited the Pilansberg Nature Reserve in the Bojanala Region of the North West Province , adjacent to Sun City. We became embroiled, together with a number of other tourists in a jousting match between two young bull elephants, and a desire to get to know a bit more about these huge angry beasts lead me on a VERY interesting study.
Malachi 2:15 says "Didnt I the Lord make you one with your wife? In body and spirit you are his. And what does he want? Godly children from your union. So guard your heart; remain loyal to the wife of your youth.
:16 "For I hate divorce," says the Lord God of Israel. " To divorce your wife is to overwhelm her with cruelty" says the Lord of Heavens Armies. "So guard your heart, do not be unfaithful to your wife."
This is a scripture that I absolutely made my own when my daughter Angelique was born 21 years ago. I decided I would do everything in my power to make my family succeed, so that our children would have every opportunity to become the Godly beings he intended to come forth from our union. I was also able to make a parallel with my study on the elephants of the Pilansberg and the natural human family which I am sure you will find both very beneficial and interesting.
